Orders containing muffins: Express shipping is strongly suggested to ensure freshness upon arrival. Freshness is not guaranteed when shipped via economy/ground shipping. Muffins should be placed in the freezer upon arrival to retain freshness.
Refunds or replacements: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food products. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements and we can only offer a one time replacement per customer.
